Avoid double-booking your baking orders
Orders come in from every direction: a text from a regular, a call about a birthday, a question at the school gate. It is easy to promise a date you have already filled with another cake, or one you meant to take off.
Your orders and your time off in one place
The planner puts the orders from your saved calculations on their collection or delivery date, next to your own commitments, so you can see at a glance whether you have room for one more cake.
- Orders appear on the day they are due, with the customer and price
- Add baking days, holidays and personal commitments, for one day or a whole range
- On the web, switch between Month, Week and List views; in the mobile app, tap a date to see its day
A heads-up when you choose a date
When you set a delivery or collection date on a calculation, the Glowing Constellation App now checks it against the orders you have already saved and your own planner. If anything is already planned for that day, a notice appears under the date.
- Orders already due that day, with the customer and what the order is
- Your own commitments, such as a holiday or a baking day you have already planned
Cancelled orders do not count, and an order you are editing is never counted against itself. The notice is only a nudge: you can always save the calculation, and a free date shows nothing at all.
