Add your logo and wording to every invoice
An invoice is often the last thing a customer sees from you, so it should look like the rest of your business. With branded invoices, every invoice you create in the Glowing Constellation App carries your logo, your details and your own wording.
Set it up once
Your invoices are built from two places in Settings on the web, or in Business Management in the mobile app.
- Business details: your company logo, business name, address, phone number, website and email
- Invoice template: your own disclaimer and footer text
Use the disclaimer for payment terms, storage advice or liability wording, and the footer for a thank-you message or final instructions.
See it before you send it
Open any saved calculation and choose Preview invoice to check how it looks. When you are happy, download it as a PDF or email it straight to your customer. Change your details or template at any time and every new invoice picks up the change.
